The Archos 15 Vision MP3 Player is a slim, 4GB player that does more than just play music. The 15 Vision is a true multi-tasker that also happens to be extremely budget-friendly. Listen to your digital music files and the FM radio. Watch videos and view photos. Read text, and record the FM radio or voice memos. And because the 15 Vision is so lightweight - it weighs less than an ounce - it'll fit right in your pocket or bag without weighing you down.
The 15 Vision features a 1.5" color display screen and a touch sensitive control surface. Scroll through menus, photos, and more all with one finger. The player's 4GB capacity allows you to hold up to 2,000 songs (depending on amount of other stored content) to the internal flash memory. MP3, WMA (non-protected), WAV, FLAC, and APE music formats are all compatible. When it comes to video formats the 15 Vision works with MPEG4 AVI files; while compatible photo formats include JPEG and BMP. The battery lasts up to 10 hours before needing recharging and the 15 Vision is Windows, Mac, and Linux (in mass storage mode) compatible.

Comments about Archos 15 Vision MP3 Player:
I liked archos brand before buying this 15 vision mp3 player. After unpacking it I turned it on and as i connected headphones, menu went in loop and I could not use it. I had to bring it back and change it. In the few time when it worked, I realized that buttons were strange to use and there was not the possibility to make playlists directly from the player.

Comments about Archos 15 Vision MP3 Player:
create counter-intuitive devices. I should probably not be writing a review of Archos products today. I spent 7 hours trying to get a variety of PCs/laptops to recognize a 604 30 GB wifi. I finally went to bed thinking that since Archos is a French company, providing any kind of support is beneath them.
Altogether, Archos products are pretty good provided you can figure out how to use them and you never need support. However, if you are an "anything but iPod" person; iRiver, Cowon & Meizu make good products for price. Creative and Sandisk have started to cut corners drastically.
