The LS-22DV 2-Stage Aluminum Tripod System, though weighing only 8.5 lbs (3.9kg), provides ample support for today's lighter digital camcorders. It comes with the H22DV head, providing smooth pans and tilts with no backlash or bumps, and rapid, secure camera counterbalance, with a -60° to +90° tilt angle. Also included is the T68 aluminum 2-stage tripod, offering superb strength and stability, with precisely spaced fastening to prevent tripod pinching when closing the system.

For use with GH2 and GH1.
It's good looking, lights, compact.
Bad thing is head not that secure and stable. Flimsy, slight vibration and tripod won't dampen. Counterbalance sketchy too. I don't really recommend this rig for DLSR video.

Comments about Libec LS-22DV 2-Stage Aluminum Tripod System:
First things first, I am using this tripod for my video hobby and not for photos.
This was my first tripod into the legit tripod world. It is a gigantic leap in what I have been using for the past few years in my life. The mid spreader works wonders as there is two distances of adjustments available so you can have a very steady platform or a smaller foot print. The smaller footprint is not the most stable thing available, but it is stable enough to allow me to pan and tilt without movement. However, I do find the mid spreader adjustments to be a bit flimsy and unusable. Sometimes it unlocks itself and allows one end to extend out while the other two ends are locked. It is very annoying. The head itself is very good. Just make sure the weight limits are withing the range of your gear. Too much and too little is never good. Overall, great head and nice little bag that it came with. Taking off one star because of the mid spreader locking issue.
