This cable is completely shielded so that it has an electronic signature of a 14.5ft cable. Works like a charm.

              Comments about Pearstone FireWire 400 4-Pin to 6-Pin Cable - 25' (7.6 m):

If using Adobe OnLocation and hooking a camera to a laptop this is the way to go. The 4ft and 6ft cables are just too restricting. Heavy duty cable also.

                  Comments about Pearstone FireWire 400 4-Pin to 6-Pin Cable - 25' (7.6 m):

This long heavy cable makes working with Adobe's Onlocation easy and having the right tool for the job makes all the difference in the world. The cables are thick and well made and hard to tangle.
