The American DJ Profile Panel RGB LED Panel (90-240VAC) is a bright LED panel with 96 red, 96 green, and 96 blue 5mm LEDs, for a total of 288 RGB LEDs. With 7 DMX channel modes (2-, 3-, 4-, 6-, 7-, 24- & 27-channel modes) and 4 operational modes (built-in programs, sound mode, master/slave mode, and DMX mode), the Profile Panel gives you plenty of lighting options.
The red, green and blue LEDs can be mixed for rich palettes of color to create a very smooth field using either fast or slow color change operation. It also features a color strobe effect, DMX-12 protocol, a 3-button LED display on the rear panel, and it's linkable using a 3-pin XLR cable.
Low power consumption, very low heat output and the ability to run all night with no duty cycle, plus long-life LEDs rated at 100,000 hours are all money-saving features. The Profile Panel also includes a mounting bracket to hang on a truss or mount on a wall--it's ideal as an architectural wall wash or for stages where traditional lighting creates uncomfortable heat for performers. This fixture operates on any AC voltage from 100 to 240V.

Comments about American DJ Profile Panel RGB LED Panel (100-240VAC):
I purchased the Profile Panel RGB light about a month ago and have been putting it through its paces ever since. Thus far it's proven to be reliable and everything American DJ promises. The metal construction makes this product robust and capable to withstanding the rigors of everyday use - from accenting a room at home to being a lighting effect for the traveling DJ/performer. Light output is more than enough and you can adjust the intensity with a simple RGB switcher. Unfortunately, if you're using it as a stand alone unit you can change the rate at which your effect changes, but there's no way to dim it (from what I can see) using the controls on the panel. The only reason I gave this product four stars as opposed to five is because although the assembly is robust, whoever assembled it did a messy job behind the glass. On the black plastic/metal that the LED's are mounted into there are fingerprints all over... and there's really no easy way that I can see to pop the plastic protector off to buff out the fingerprints. You can't notice it at all when the unit is on, but when it's off and the light hits it right, it's pretty noticeable. That aside though I think this is a great product. It has a whole bunch of cool effects and the best thing is that there is no flickering if you're using this product while filming and the colors are being faded up and down.
