I was scouring the net for a small clamp to attach a battery pack to my lightstand. This clamp is perfect as it costs mere pocket change yet can handle such heavy loads. I bought two just because it was so affordable, and I know I will attach other things to my lightstand. The clamp came with a much bigger bolt than the 1/4"-20 that my battery pack needed, but that is a not a con. I just went to my local hardware store and spent around $2 on a pair of machine screws and washers. This clamp is cheaper, stronger, and smaller than the super clamps from Manfrotto and others. Very recommended.
