I keep 3 of these cards, one in the camera and two in my camera bag. Even though Lexar is a card approved by Nikon, the 4GB Platinum II is an excellent companion to the D200 because of its 200x speed. There is no delay in large photos at Raw or Large/Fine being written to the card even when rapid sequences are shot. I pull the card after each session and download it to my computer via an internal card reader with no problems noted. Frequent insertion into the CF card reader slot does not seem to affect the card. I always reformat the card each time I put it back into my camera. The only downside is that even though this particular CF card is compatible with most aftermarket USB card readers, it cannot be read by a all.

I bought this card along with a couple of 16gig cards, all Lexar, and unfortunately this particular card seems to be bad. Error reads 'card may be damaged or improperly formatted', despite reformatting a number of times. Have used Lexar for many years without any issue so I think this is an anomaly. I'm hoping B&H or Lexar will honor it with a replacement.

Nikon D70 and Nikon D700. Great card when paired with either camera. Extremely reliable and write speeds are predictable.

Inexpensive, arrived when B&H said they would and were packaged just right. We have begun using the cards this past weekend for events that were on our campus and there were no problems. Thank you!

I only do jpg and don't need larger capacity than this. No problem with taking high speed continuous shooting--Lexar's read/write speed is great.

Comments about Lexar 4GB Platinum II 200x CompactFlash (CF) Memory Card (One Card):
These are great cards for multiple change outs. They are cheap, relatively fast, and work great with the Nikon D3s and D2xs. I use them for event photography where I will be printing on site, these allow me to photograph a certain number of photos, then swap out with another card for the first to begin printing. Lexar is the brand for reliability!

I use this card in my Nikon D300. It isn't listed in the manual as an approved, tested card (the 4GB card listed is only 60X), but this 200X card works fine in my camera and also in my (older) cardreader. I'm glad I bought it, especially at B&H's special price.

Very inexpensive and works well! We use 4gb cards to minimize the amount of data loss if a card corrupts. These cards have never corrupted.

Using in my Canon 40D. I have had Lexar CompactFlash memory cards in the past with no trouble, and this one seems to be no different. My only complaint is that it does not come with a plastic case. It's the first memory card I've ever bought that doesn't have a plastic case.
