Comments about Acer B243H 24" Widescreen LCD Monitor (EPEAT):
I'm a graphic designer and I use this monitor with a Mac laptop. The color + contrast are not as good as on more expensive monitor, but for the price this gets the job done just fine. One con is that the buttons you have to push to change the contrast / brightness / etc settings are not in any way intuitive.

Comments about Acer B243H 24" Widescreen LCD Monitor (EPEAT):
I love this monitor. You can turn it to your right, left, up and down. You can even turn it to a 90 degree angel, which gives you a tall view.

Comments about Acer B243H 24" Widescreen LCD Monitor (EPEAT):
I'm an Architect grad/student in NY / and I'm using a lot of 2D and 3D graphics programs.. Besides I'm used to sit in front of the monitor for 5-7 hours or even more... so Before buying this product I've done a Little research on these types of monitors -- I was looking for the monitor which will render colors in 2D graphics "Photoshop, Illustrator for high res printing etc.." and vectors "in,3ds Max, Rhino, Cad Programs" in a perfect way.. and most importantly I was looking for the monitor which would not harm my eyes and will be comfortable to look at for a long period of time "ex.5 h".. after 2 weeks of visiting 10s of stores in NY looking at many HPs Samsungs -- compering LCD vs LED .. I've stopped on Acer.. And after almost one month of using it I can state that I'm TOTALY satisfied.. Contrast ration is great. response time,, resolution and everything else how it should be.. I'm using it with my MBP and on both Mac and Windows sides it renders everything perfectly.. Colors.. Fast rotating 3D models with dozens of vectors in Max. etc.. and compering with MacBookPro LED screen I can stare at this thing a lot more.. and my eyes are not getting tiered.. If you are used to LED "Color rendering" this will seem to you a little different.. "grey and white are a little warmer than in LED" but you'll get used to it..It has a simple and great design no creepy "glance-plastic" elements just a black frame with acer on it "as a Mac user I'm happy with the way it looks with my MBP on the black desk" ... besides being height adjustable you can tilt monitor in all directions.. "left-right, Up-down" and you can rotate it 90 degrees if you need to.. And if you live in NY / Manhattan areas I would recommend to buy from B&H.[...]
