The Bebob Engineering LUX 12 LED Lighting System, with the unique arrangement of 5 high-output LEDs, makes for stepless variable focus at an angle of 40° (spot) to 60° (flood). The unit uses high-efficient light-emitting diode technology, and generates greater brightness at low power consumption (12W) compared to standard tungsten light systems.
With daylight color temperature at full saturations, the output is fully dimmable. The LUX LED lighting system has an incorporated cooling system that keeps the light cool to the touch.
The dimmer-potentiometer knob, integrated into the base station, makes for ease of use and insulation from the bulb's heat. The on/off switch is placed at a distance from the base station to avoid accidental adjustment of the dimmer or draining of the batteries. The power-efficient DC regulation allows the light to operate at multi-voltage inputs (from 6.5V to 28V).
