Comments about Anton Bauer Digital ProPac14 Nickel Cadmium Battery:
These Anton Bauer batteries are the best in my opinion. They have a digital guage showing how much charge is left. NiCad batteries have a very long life span. Despite rumors about NiCad memory - Anton Bauer NiCads last a long time. If you charge them after each use they don't get a memory since your recharge cycle is never consistant. Just don't run them empty every time and you will get a long life from these batteries. We had a Nickel Metal Hydride battery and it was dead after a little over a year and wouldn't hold a charge. We have had our NiCad batteries for over 5 years and still use them. The larger battery may weigh more, but it lasts longer during use, which means less batteries to carry on a shoot. Anton Bauer batteries are still the best. I thought the price was very good from B&H. I go to B&H first when I am looking to buy anything. B&H has almost everything photo and video related, their prices are good and [...] I'm happy with the purchase I made from B&H.

Use this with video cameras, monitors, and pretty much any other video gear we need to power. It works exactly like it should. The only down side we've had is that it won't charge on one of our older chargers.
