The Bebob Engineering Stand Adapter for Sony NPF Battery & LUX LED Light is designed to be used with the LUX line of on-camera LED lights and Sony NPF batteries. Via PowerTap the Stand Adapter passes through 12V power to the light, so that the battery, adapter, and LUX LED light combine to form a self-contained lighting solution.
On top of the Stand Adapter is a slide shoe mount to hold the light. The adapter is designed to mount on the top 5/8" (16mm) threaded stud of a light stand.
