Cavision's Spacer Plate for the Canon T2i/550D DSLR is used in conjunction with Cavision's swing-away LCD viewfinder (originally designed for the Canon 5D MkII). The spacer raises the height of the viewfinder so that it aligns properly with the T2i's LCD screen, allowing for enhanced stability and focus control while shooting HD video.
