Porta Brace CBA-PMW350 Camera Body Armor (Signature Blue)
The Porta Brace CBA-PMW350 Camera Body Armor CBA-PMW350 is a snug- jacket made of water-resistant "ultra-suede" micro fiber with a high-density foam interior and a breathable tech-mesh interior. It is designed to snugly fit a Sony PMW-350K XDCAM EX HD camcorder with16x zoom lens. The Camera Armor protects the camcorder from bumps, hits and scratches. It also reduces the risk of camcorder damage due to precipitation, dust, and other harsh conditions. The back end is expandable to accommodate various sized batteries and wireless microphone combinations. There is a removable, reversible rain/dust top that stores in its own pocket. The top is white (reflective) on one side for hot, dry, sunny situations while the black side is useful to absorb the sun's warmth under cold conditions. The camera body armor is loaded onto the camera using touch fasteners and web cinchers.

Portabrace is world wide famous for their high quality body armor, but this one is not the best of their production. do not get me wrong it does what it has be designed to do, but I do not feel it fits perfectly to our PMW-350. It might need some minor adjustment by manufacturer to fit better around the camera, beside that, quality is top notch

I'm not impressed with this case at all. The fitment of this case and the previous one I've had for my DVCAM have both fit TERRIBLE. It is not well made for the camera at all. I've tried the Camrade case instead and it fits this camera like a glove, so I am returning this portabrace one. The Camrade is cheaper and fits better. This case's design is terrible compared to the Camrade, and its more expensive!
