Arturia Prophet 5 V 2.0 - Virtual Synthesizer

The Prophet V 2.0 from Arturia is a 3-part software instrument. The company took the first and last synthesizers created by Sequential Circuits and recreated them, both visually and sonically, in an easy to use software format. Using TAE (True Analog Emulation) a technology developed by Arturia, the company has faithfully digitally reproduced the analog circuits of both originals.

Three interfaces represent the Prophet 5, the Prophet VS, and a Hybrid mode. The Prophet 5 and Prophet VS emulations have all features of the original hardware (5-voice polyphony, white noise modulators, dynamic waveform cross-fading with joystick, etc.). The Hybrid mode is both synthesizers stacked one on top of the other offering an entirely new world of possibilities.

Sound MAP is a feature that allows for exploring hundreds of sounds by locating areas you like and picking a sound that will stimulate your creativity. Morph sounds on the MAP by clicking anywhere you like - add filters to make your search easier, or get back to the traditional list of presets, by sound-designer or by type. Additionally, any existing preset banks from the original synthesizers can be imported into the software via SysEx sound data.
