I have the Bescor TH-770 High Performance Tripod and use it for both video & photography to shoot product videos for online use. The ability to quickly switch between the video camera and still camera quickly doesn't sound like much but it's a huge time saver when you can just leave a plate hooked into the camera body & just need to snap it in place to shoot.
