Comments about Vivitar ViviCam 5024 Digital Camera (Black):
I am a professional photographer who bought this in 2009 for two grandchildren ages 5 and 6. I want to get another one for another grandchild, but they are out of stock. They started with Fisher Price cameras which were good for beginners, very durable. This camera is still up and running for both of our grandchildren after 1 year.Everything has its drawbacks, but over all for this age I like it and would recommend. Basically with a digital you usually get what you pay for, so for an under $50 camera I would buy again!!

We use the cameras in all our retail stores so managers can record any issues with customers, merchandise, physical damage to the premises, etc.
It is simple to use so training time is not needed with all our managers.

Comments about Vivitar ViviCam 5024 Digital Camera (Black):
The camrera is very basic. I found out that when the zoom feature is used, the camera will not focus.
