An outstanding 18 mm of eye relief provides comfortable full-frame wide angle viewing. Soft rubber twist-up eye cups with click-stop settings accommodate eye/sunglass wearers, while providing the ability to maintain the viewing position throughout the observation session.
The rugged aluminum-alloy housing is sealed and purged for all-weather performance and the Volkswagen-designed exterior sports a comfortable rubber armoring for a secure grip.

I have Macular Degeneration (vision loss), and play poker professionally. If I am sitting at either end of a poker table, I can't see the cards well. I got these Minox for their close focus capability. They are fantastic! They are a little heavy for their size, but that's because of the high quality lenses and ruggedness. Highly recommended.
