The Domke F-3X Super Compact Bag (Gray) is a waterproof canvas bag made to carry 1 or 2 film or digital SLR camera bodies with 3-4 lenses and accessories It has three compartments, six pockets and a removable padded partition wall. The bag has an open-cell foam liner on the bottom that adds cushioned support. It comes with a removable hand strap which can be used whether bag is open or closed. It has an adjustable non-slip Gripper Strap that runs completely around the bag, made with high-friction rubber that is infused within the strap. The bag has military-specification hardware, webbing and adjustable closures.

Perfect size for my gear: 30D with grip attached, 50 1.4mm, 70-200 4l and 28-70 in the main compartment of the bag. Flash fits in one of the side pockets as well as small accessories (cards, batteries, filters, etc). The bag looks small, which is great.
The quality of the bag is great, and the color is a little darker than what appears in the picture.
The shoulder pad (sold separately) helps a lot when carrying the bag around for long periods of time.
This is my first Domke and I'm a happy customer!

I'll keep this short. Great bag, made in the USA. I needed a small bag to carry a gripped 7d with a lens to go light. Right now I have 70-300L with the hood reversed and horizontally, it fits perfect with room plenty of room for spare items, etc.

The bag works great - and I really do like the color (I do not mind gray at all - and it is somewhat dark). Has plenty of room - able to fit my Nikon D90, two lenses, and flash in a protective sleeve in main compartment with ease. good amount of padding on bottom of case, but I did purchase a couple domke wraps to help cover/protect lense/camera in transport - but everything feels very secure. I would definetely also purchase the domke mail carrier support that attaches to the strap - the bag was much more comfortable (and felt lighter) after attaching this to the main strap. Of and there are still pouches on either side, front, zippered interior pocket and slim pocket on pack - so enough room to hold everything that I need - for casual photographer. Plus the price - on sale for $60 off could not be beat.
