The battery-operated design provides up to 75 hours of use.

- Power On/Off Switch
- An Auto Power Off function automatically turns the glasses off if they are placed in a location outside the viewing range for 5 minutes, even if the TV remains turned on
- Designed for Use Together with Ordinary Glasses

I actually paused a couple of times just to tell my girlfriend "Can you believe we are watching this at home?!".
I got a 55" Plasma and these glasses are comfortable enough to watch a good movie in one run.

Glasses are made by Panasonic for the Vierra series. Truthfully, my 3-d receiver from Time Warner has not come yet so I can't test them. But being from the set maker, I can't see why they wouldn't work fine.

Viewing 3d video on Panasonic components.
One size fits all with nose bridge adapters and adjustable strap. With adjustments, it fits a 3 year old or a full sized adult, (even one with a big head like the one's in our house). Since the technology is new, the prices are still too high to justify buying extras for non family visitors.
