The Blue Sky International MediaDesk 5.1 MKII is a professional surround sound desktop monitoring solution ideal for computer-based music and audio production in home and project studios. The system consists of a set of 5 passive, shielded satellites, each equipped with 4" neodymium woofers and 1" dual-ring radiator neodymium tweeters. The active 8" shielded subwoofer provides low frequency reinforcement and provides system connectors and gain/mode controls.
The MediaDesk 5.1 MKII offers neutral playback with XLR and RCA inputs for versatility, and an MDF minimal-resonance enclosure design for the speaker cabinets. The included MediaDesk 5.1 Remote connects to the subwoofer via a standard RJ-11 jack and provides individual output channel trims, as well as a master gain control. Isolation feet for the subwoofer further neutralize unwanted reflections and low end rumble, allowing optimal clarity.
