K-Tek Woods Quick Connect System (Top & Bottom)

The K-Tek Woods Quick Connect System is a handy XLR quick release system for XLR female terminated boompoles or traditional boom poles fitted with a 3/8" x 16 threaded stud at the top. The bottom half of the system attaches to the 3/8" stud of the pole and exposes an XLR female connection at the top.
The top half of the system features an XLR male connection at its base, and a secure screw-down collar locks the two halves in place. A short XLR cable features an XLR male connection, and attaches to the microphone on your shockmount, zeppelin system, etc. The Woods Quick Connect System may be used with XLR terminated boompoles by omitting the bottom half (KW552), and using only the top (KW551).
