This is a 20 sheet box of Fuji RVP 4 x 5" Fujichrome Velvia that offers the same superb color saturation and palette that have made Velvia 50 the film of choice for leading landscape and nature photographers - but with finer grain and twice the speed.
Velvia is an intense film that yields incredible results when you prefer rich, deep and fully saturated colors. Fuji's CEL (Color-Extension Layer) provides the film with the latest technology to reproduce color in a way never before possible. For those shooting landscapes, it is the film of choice. The fine grain produced by this film is exceptional. Portraits will take on more "snap". In addition, the film is stable and will last a long time with minimal fading or color shift.

- At ISO 100, Fujichrome Velvia 100 provides a more useful speed for greater flexibility in varied shooting situations.
- Ultra-high-saturated color reproduction
- Color saturation is an important feature of Fujichrome 50. Recognizing this, and by incorporating advanced cyan, magenta, and yellow couplers as well as CEL (Color-Extension Layer) technology, new Fujichrome Velvia 100 gives photographers the saturation they require with the added advantages of higher speed and finer grain.

- Fujichrome Velvia 100 boasts an RMS* granularity of 8**, a significant improvement over Velvia 50 and ranking it alongside other Fujifilm professional film products, such as Fujichrome Astia 100F, Fujichrome Provia 100F and Fujichrome Velvia 100F.
- Improved color stability
- The new color couplers employed in Fujichrome Velvia 100 significantly improve color stability and freedom from fading/shift over conventional films.
- Improved versatility
- Fujichrome Velvia 100 can accept push/pull processing from - 1/2 stop to + 1 stop with minimal changes to color balance and gradation. Push can even be extended to up to 2 stops, depending on the subject, allowing easy and precise correction of exposure and density.

I used this and Velvia50 on some long night time shots of landscapes - considering cloud formations were important the 100ISO film allowed for a shorter exposure.

I work with color positive film for photographic art. This film does the job and does it right. Less contrast than the 100F but this is a good thing.
Down side is that the major supplier of chemicals for processing this film has just made the chemicals much more difficult to obtain.

Shot great, exposures were true and same with colors, although very magenta after a scan, but a quick color correction is all that is needed. Very fine grain, even with longer exposures. I found that the negative held together fairly well with a push up to about 2 stops.
