The Manfrotto 524CFI w/ R524,97 Cable is a pan bar-mounted remote control that can work with both Canon and Fujinon ENG professional video lenses. The controller gives videographers greater control over zoom as well as other functions including record/stop. The 524CFI's zoom control can be reversed to accommodate left-handed users.
The included R524,97 cable adapts the remote control's standard cable to suit the pin configuration of the Fujinon 17x4.5BRM-K14 lens.
- Canon and Fujinon Compatible
- Unlike most comparable portable lens controllers, the 524CFI supports both Fujinon and Canon lenses, making it the ideal all-in-one solution.
- Zoom Speed & Direction
- The red dial allows you to quickly and easily limit the maximum zoom speed to avoid too-fast transitions, while the zoom direction switch lets you change from left-right to right-left zooming.
- Various Controls
- The 524CFI offers the following controls: stepless progressive zoom, record/stop, and RET (return - plays back last 3 seconds of footage, then stops at the last recorded frame ready to record again).
- Adapter Cable
- The R524,97 adapter cable allows the 524CFI remote to connect to the Fujinon 17x4.5BRM-K14 lens (which ships standard with Panasonic HPX300 and HPX370 camcorders).
