The over-the-head fit Logitech USB Headset H530 is designed with a plush headband, comfy ear cups and a noise-canceling microphone. The soft cushioning helps relieve pressure and reduce fatigue. The H530 connects to your computer via USB for a fully digital signal, which results in super wideband audio. The crystal clear audio is great for Internet calling, listening to music, gaming and watching movies. The noise-canceling mic also features a rotating boom, which easily adjusts out of the way when your conversations are done. The H530 has on-ear volume and mute controls as well. The laser-tuned drivers deliver a full stereo sound, which the SoundSwitch Equalizer can optimize for various uses. Along with the on-ear audio controls, the SoundSwitch Equalizer is also located on the headset. The H530 is both Mac and PC compatible.

Very comfortable even if cannot be compared with over-hear headsets, you can use it for a couple of hours and still be comfortable with it.
Sound is good for both listening and speaking.
The volume is set on the right hear, not very handful but it prevents having buttons on the wire.

Using it with Dragon dictate and still trying to adapt it to unusual background noises in this case were dealing with respirator breathing and persistently misinterpreted background noises. No-fault the headset itself. Still grappling with microphone noise isolation.

This is a versatile USB headset suitable for Skype and other VOIP applications. Speach is clear.
There is a 3-position switch for phone conversations, gaming and music. I did not notice a significant difference between settings.
This is an on-the-ear headset which allows you to hear surrounding noises so that you are aware of what's going on around you. If you want to be isolated you need headsets with larger ear cups that fit over your ears. Sound quality is good and meets expectations for the price.
Head band oddly shaped and tends to slip off my head. Clamping pressure is not too tight to cause headaches from extended use.
