I use this product at work for the two computers in my office that do not have SD card reader ports. They are so light weight that you can easily carry them in your laptop bag without any worries. Even though the SD cards do not 'click' into place like most readers, a red lights turns on while a connection is being made with the device. The only real complaint would be the length of the USB cord. Great low cost product. It has paid for itself in the first week of use.

I knew about the short cable and decided to buy anyway. The cable is short, but workable with USB hub.

I bought 10 of these for use in my Video Production class. For a few months, they were great. Then, at almost the same time, they all began to fail. I would not recommend them to others.

Does not work. Can't read a perfectly good SanDisk 2GB SD card through a brand-new MacBook Pro. Wasted my time and (thankfully very little) money buying this.
