Easy to use, but not so easy as it's former versions.

Comments about ACD Systems ACDSee Photo Manager 12 Software:
I've used many post processing software products, including PS Elements, Picasa 3, GIMP, Irfan, Paint Shop Pro, Helicon Filter, and LightRoom 3. PhotoManager 12 has an intuitive interface, loads quickly, is stable on my Win 7 PC and offers most of the post processing tools you'd find in products at twice the price. It handles RAW files very well. It could use some brush tools to make specific changes to small areas, but all in all this is a fine product.

Comments about ACD Systems ACDSee Photo Manager 12 Software:
Have used ACDSee since version 5. Like the program because it lets me quickly review photos THE WAY I SAVE THEM and is extremely user friendly unlike some other programs (in my opinion). I usually shoot in RAW+JPG and can view both formats. The program responds quickly which is important, especially when I need to review several hundred photos at one time.

Comments about ACD Systems ACDSee Photo Manager 12 Software:
I had used early versions of ACDSee Photo Manager for years, but stopped updating it when free managers became available through Windows, Google, etc.
The problem with the free programs eventually catches up with you though because they have very disorganized ways of organizing thousands of photos & you end up with multiple copies of the same photos.
I have tons of photos all in different folders all over my PC, and ACDSee makes it as easy as dragging and dropping pictures to where I want them to be. It also makes it super simple to weed out all of the duplicates.
