The behind-the-head fit Logitech Gaming Headset G330 is designed with a strong yet flexible steel core. The headband is silicone-lined and the ear pads pivot to relieve pressure. This combination of comfort and strength make them ideal for hours of gaming. It can connect to your computer via dual 3.5mm jacks or through USB with the aid of the Logitech USB adapter. A noise-canceling mic with rotating boom keeps you communicating clearly. When you don't need to talk, it easily adjusts out of the way. The G330 also has in-line volume and mute controls and low-profile speaker drivers that deliver authentic audio reproduction. When you're connected via USB, the optimized EQ enhances the audio even further.

Comments about Logitech Gaming Headset G330:
I don't know what the previous reviewer's specific problem with this was but for me it works perfectly on my mac. It's plug and play ready and I don't need special software to use it in my online classroom.
The sound quality is clear, and the microphone reduces static noise commonly found with other headsets. You have a personal volume controller and mute button on the cord and it also comes with a usb converter. Unlike some headsets the sound you get while listening to music or playing games is rich and full of bass. I've had it for over a year and believe me when I say it sounds just as great as it did when I first got it. It is perfect for skype also even though it is called a gaming headset.
The headset goes behind the head and is adjustable, the comfort level is better then the majority of headsets out there so you can use it for a fairly long time without taking it off. The microphone is also flexible in a sense that it can be adjusted to not be so much against your lips like other mics. The bonus of this is the long cord. Some might not like it but I like the freedom it gives me to move away from my laptop. This is a great buy that will last you a very long time.

Comments about Logitech Gaming Headset G330:
If you haven't tried a "behind-the-neck" headset, now's your chance. I've tried other similar headsets and they've all ended up in the trash for one reason or another. The most common problem being the mic boom breaking. Try it - you'll like it.

Comments about Logitech Gaming Headset G330:
I got these as a gift and was a little skeptical when I saw them but after using them for about a month now I love them. Very comfortable to wear for long periods of time and the sound is outstanding. I use them primarily for gaming on my computer. They are not the best for noise cancelling but for the money you can't beat them.

Comments about Logitech Gaming Headset G330:
This is a great headset. You can either plug it in directly to your sound card, or use the included USB dongle to connect it to your computer. Great sound quality. The microphone has great sound clarity too. The microphone swivels back so if you are just using them as headphones, you can get the mic out of your face. There is also a volume and mute switch on the headset cable. I mainly use it for gaming, but also use it to make voice calls via Skype. Logitech makes quality products, and this headset is no exception. My dog got a hold of my original G330 and tore it to shreds, I liked it so much I went out and bought the exact same one to replace it.
