The A6600B from Phonic is a 2-channel, 31-band per side graphic equalizer, and an efficient solution for room compensation, feedback reduction and vocal and instrument enhancement. The standard 1/3-octave 31-band sliders offer precision control, with the cut/boost range switchable between 6dB and 12dB.
Adjustable low-cut and high-cut filters effectively eliminate unwanted frequencies that cause rumble, thumps and pop noises. The output level for each channel is displayed on a 6-segment LED meter, and a bypass switch is provided for quick comparison between processed and unprocessed output sounds.
The FB.D Feedback Detection System is activated when a button is pushed on the front panel. If feedback is detected, a corresponding LED illuminates on the affected frequency's slide control. Users can then lower the level of that frequency to eliminate the feedback.
A balanced subwoofer output connector sends the summed signal of the main left and right signals to a subwoofer. The signal sent from the subwoofer output is processed by an adjustable internal crossover.
