I use this in my EOS 60D, and have been pleased with its performance for both stills and HD video. The large capacity is a necessity for doing video in any major way; for stills it just means you can shoot an all-day event without changing the card. I find that it supports the full burst rate of the 60D (why buy any card that doesn't let the camera do its best?), although at very high ISO it feels like the bitrate from the camera is just a little beyond what the card can take. For normal (i.e. ISO less than 1600) use, I've never had a problem.
Given the size of this card and the size of the files you are likely to put onto it, you may also want to have a fast SD card reader. I had a reader that was a few years old, and it took WAY too long to get stuff off. Switching to a faster card reader made everything work much more quickly.

I used it in the Canon Vixia HFS 100 to record HD videos. This videocam could not record video files in mxp or fxp modes (24Mbps or 17Mbps) on it. It could record in XP+ mode which is at 12Mbps. I do not know whether the problem lies with the Canon videocam or the Transcend SDHC card. I have read a few threads in online forums saying it could be the firmware problem in Canon. I will just have to wait for the update from Canon.
However, you can still transfer videos (at 24Mbps, mxp mode) recorded on other SDHC cards to it and they can be played from it or edited and stored back on it with no problem. The AVCHD videos were played back smoothly with no artifacts.
This card can be detected and read well by the Kingston USB 2.0 Hi-speed 19-IN-1 media reader.
It stores and read the data faster than other cards that I have, maybe because they are class 4 or class 6. The card too is detected in the Panasonic plasma HDTV and played smoothly on it.
If Transcend can work with Canon to overcome this problem of "not be able to record in mxp or fxp mode", I would not hesitate to give it a 5-star rating because it is cheap, reliable and fast.

Comments about Transcend 32GB SDHC Card:
I bought 2 of these back in February 2011 when I got my Sony NX5U HD Camcorder from B&H.
To date I have had no issues of any kind using these cards in my camcorder. I've filmed many weddings and a 4-hour dance recital and never had any problem. I hope this trend continues. They are on sale for about 50% off, so I'm buying some more!
I don't think you can beat these at a price of less than $40!

Comments about Transcend 32GB SDHC Card:
I shoot 1080 vid on my canon t3i and it normally works. Sometimes the card is a bit too slow and causes the video to stop recording. I think it's the write speed that is causing the automatic stop to occur. I have to press record a few times, then normally it eventually works without stopping.

Comments about Transcend 32GB SDHC Card:
I use this card for video purposes. Its great for the price, and a great option if you want a large capacity for a low price. However, when i use this card with my canon t3i, It will occasionally say "movie has automatically stopped recording." I ran in to this most when using shooting in 60 fps. I did some research and found out that this is due to the card not really being able to handle the data coming in. Thus, the card doesn't really act like a class 10 should.
However, when I have used the same type of SD card with the panasonic AF100, I did not run into this issue at all. So i think this is mostly an issue when being used with a canon.
A suggested solution for others is buy a couple of these if you plan on doing a lot of shooting in 24 fps, and 30 fps. However you should buy a couple 16 gb of a better brand, if you plan on doing additional shooting in 60 fps.

Comments about Transcend 32GB SDHC Card:
Hi, I'm using my card for my Full-HD photograph camara. I decided to start using is as a video filmer and stop using the Mini-DV I used to play with. I found that is easier to do edits on a digital format, rather than exporting it from the Mini-DV and then doing the edits.
It comes formatted in FAT mode. I don't really know what does this means, by I tried to move a 4.3 GB zip into it, and it said that the file system doesn't support that size, hence did it by moving the individual files of the zip. Worked great.
Regards!

I always worried about giving up my Sandisk for the Transcend, but I haven't had a problem with my 16GB, so I'm excited to use the 32GB and not break the bank.

GREAT TECHNOLOGY TO HAVE IF YOU NEED TO DIGITALLY STORE ANYTHING IN IT. I USE IT FOR MY NX5U TO SHOOT VIDEO, WHICH GIVES ME ABOUT 2 HOURS AND 50 MINUTES OF HD VIDEOS @ 1920 X 1080 RESOLUTION FX, IT WOULD GIVE MUCH MORE IF USED WITH LESS QUALITY IMAGE OR PHOTOS. VERY EASE OF USE, YOU WILL LOVE IT.

This 32 GB Transcend SD card is excellent. I use it in my Lumix DMC GH2 camera and my Canon 60D camera. Seems just as fast and as reliable as the more expensive brands of SD cards. I am going to buy a few more. I shoot a LOT of photos!

Using it in a digital multitrack recorder, replacing a card I had bought on [@] that turned out to be a counterfeit. All of my problems went away immediately as soon as I used this card from BH. You can trust BH to sell you the real thing.

Its pretty cool to see 999 photos left when shooting raw on my 60D. I have done no speed tests as others have. I simply shoot and pop it into my MBP with no issues.
I'm sure the Sandisk extreme line is better, but for the price you can get two of these and they are a reputable brand.
