Sure like my new Transcend 64GB SDxc memory card.
My older equipment was not ready for usb3 and my new Transcend 64GB sdxc memory card. While attempting to rapidly move video and photos from my new 64GB Transcend SDXC memory card to both my XP and then my win7 Windows system the Transcend card data could not be seen. Rather than backing off from the data transfer and examining both my systems for necessary updates I proceeded with testing my new 64GB memory card. Mistake. Always first seek new OS updates then proceed with the new device.
My Transcend 64GB SDxc card does not work with my Canon SD 780 IS Digital Elf. My Canon SD780 IS has recorded more than 1 hour of continuous videos of UUC church service in HD Video using my Transcen 32 GB Card. Great video as I sit and hand hold the camera near the front row and the 3x optical is sufficent for recording all activity, especially the children's moments. Some of my older SDHC cards (class 4) would heat up my Canon camera. The newer and faster class ten sdxc memory cards run cooler. I did not notice any appreciable heat from the camera while using my Transcend 32 GB SDHC card. I am okay with my Canon SD 780 IS not being able to use the 64 GB SDXC class 10 memory card. I currently use my new 64 GB SDXC card for sending my large special event video and photos files. Most new usb3 card readers devices can read and write SDxc memory cards and are backward compatible with SDHC cards.
Bottom line: buy Transcent SDxc memory cards. The Transcend Company rapidly responded and replaced my SD memory card when I have had a problem. The cards work as promised by Transcend.

The bad: SLOW card - it completely fails at shooting HD video for a reasonable amount of time. When I first got the card (along with my Canon 60D), I made a few 5-second test videos, and those worked fine. When I went on vacation this past weekend, though, I couldn't shoot for more than 10-12 seconds at a time before I got the dreaded "movie recording mode has stopped automatically" after watching the buffer indicator blink and fill up. I tested a friend's SanDisk Extreme 16 GB card in my camera and that worked fine.
I bought this because B&H was offering it at a discounted price with the purchase of the Canon 60D. I wanted a high capacity card for all the HD video I shoot and thought this was perfect - ha! Don't be fooled by "Class 10" - this only means a minimum of 10 MB/s write speed. The 25 MB/s in the specs is the read speed - NOT the write speed. Instead of this, get a fast card that delivers 30+ MB/s write speed. If I hadn't already thrown out the packaging, I'd return this ASAP. Stay away!

Comments about Transcend 64GB SDXC Memory Card (Class 10, Extended Capacity):
Price and capacity is what it offers. If you're looking for speed, go somewhere else: it's much slower than the same brand's 32GB SDHC class 10 card. It does write at class 10 speeds (barely). Although most other class 10 cards will double that speed, if you don't shoot long sports sequences, it might be the cheapest way to store 64GB of data while experiencing a 10MBps write speed. And it handles 1080p videos with ease.

No problems in my Canon 60D. Would've gone to UHS-1, but the camera doesn't support it, but Class 10 does great. Cost less than the 32GB UHS-1 competitor and has twice the capacity.

I use this card to record on a Sony EX1R camera (used with an e-films MxR Extreme adapter). So far it has performed perfectly, including on all over- and under-cranking settings.

Comments about Transcend 64GB SDXC Memory Card (Class 10, Extended Capacity):
A lot of photographers say that is not good to keep too many data on only one card. But if you're organized u can change cards before it's all full.
I've been shooting videos and doing timelapses, only with this card I can save all the files in RAW and at full resolution without having to change cards.
And for the same price and quality as a smaller one.

Comments about Transcend 64GB SDXC Memory Card (Class 10, Extended Capacity):
I ordered this card at the end of September abd paid [$] only to see it at [$] the next week! The package says up to 20 mbps and the website says 25 mbps which is not accurate. I tested the card at it transfer at about 19.4 mbps. The capacity is awesome and I have not had any problems shooting RAW or 1080P HD videos on my Canon 60D but I was disappointed that the package says 20 mb/s max when the websites data here clearly says 25mb/s. Overall, I have bought several transcend cards over the years and they are very reliable.

Comments about Transcend 64GB SDXC Memory Card (Class 10, Extended Capacity):
I purchased this for use in my Canon T2i D-SLR. I use the camera for both photos and video with an emphasis on video, so I needed a fast, large capacity card. I gave it a torture test; firing off multi-exposure bursts, quickly switching to video, starting and stopping recording repeatedly and firing off single exposures while shooting video. It kept up! Being able to shoot 4+ hours of full HD video without swapping cards or downloading files is a real blessing on extended vacations. At this point, SDXC cards are more expensive per GB than smaller capacity SDHC cards. B&H had a really good price that put it in line with the smaller capacity cards.

Memory cards should be seen and not heard from. This card was an upgrade for our P&S Canon G12. Card is plenty fast and haven't had any issues with it. Would buy again.

"Video recording was stopped automatically" - this is what you'll be getting on your screen with random time intervals whan trying to shoot video.
Although I've managed to film a few short takes on it, I am now using my old Sandisc Class6 SDHC along with my so-far favourite Kingston Class10 SDXC.
This card looks nothing like Class10 and is not DSLR-video capable.

Using it for extra storage in my MacBook Air 2010. Writes and reads about as fast as a 7200 Rpm hard drive. Storage for iTunes movies, and music. No problem in Macs as long as you have OS 10.6.5 or greater. Also no problems with windows 7. [...]
