It has a 30 x 30" (76 x 76 cm) front face, and its depth is sufficient to provide real softening of the flash. It assembles easily in minutes. Add a tilt-bracket of your choice for more aiming control.

Super easy to set up and fairly light to take on locatin with ease. I would suggest this for eny photographer who is looking to add in that extra bit of light on location. You have to have a pretty strong flash or place the softbax within 6 or so feet of the subject to get a strong visual of the light. Great for adding the sparkle in the eyes.

Big box with beautiful light. Heavier than I thought and the stand barely and bracket barely hold it. Bracket could be better designed as I am worried that it will break over time. This one will not fit in your laptop bag ;)

Love this thing. Maybe not the best for portabitlity, but I still used it on the go with an SB-900 to take portraits at a senior art show and the shots came out great.

This gives off great soft light. I have found it works best when I feather it a bit.
I use it with a 580EX II and I can trigger it wirelessly as a slave or I can use an extra-long ttl cable with it.
It's fantastic to get soft light on newborn shots or for portraits.

Great design and feels a sturdy build. I've used it in the studio and outdoors on location and provides pleasing results for portraits.
I'm using this with the Metz 58 AF-2 and Impact PowerSync16 receiver. I've found that for long receivers, you'll need to angle it diagonally to the side in order to get the flash head inside the back of the softbox hole.

This is a great softbox for my Canon 580 whit Pocket Wizard. Really fast to mount and easy to store away.
There is no tilt on it, so if you like to put it high and tilt down you have to bay a tilt holder too. Thats way not five stars!
