I found this tool makes removing the O-ring from my camera housing quick and easy. You just slide the tool between the O-ring and housing and then grab the O-ring with your fingers. Some instructions would have been nice but it wasn't too hard to figure out. The tool is made of pretty flexible plastic but it works great with the O-ring on my Canon housing.
