The RX-TRSUL from Cable Techniques is an unbalanced receiver cable that allows you to connect an Rx Emergency interface to a Sennheiser EK100 G2/G3. The cable is 18" long and has a locking 3.5mm TRS male connector on one end and a TA3F connector on the other.
