This is a excellent built cable with good connections. Works as a charm. A bit too expensive.

Comments about Quantum Instruments Module for Nikon SB-900:
To conect my QB1+ in my SB900, works good! Looks fragile on the contact with SB900, the cable looks like it will drop, and the door is slightly open and hurts a little. But it's better than using the Turbo and the need to replace alkaline batteries in the middle of wedding.

Product works great, but can't close the battery door. Have to be careful not to break the battery door.

Comments about Quantum Instruments Module for Nikon SB-900:
Grateful that the MKZ9 is available to use my Quantum 1 and Quantum 1+ batteries with my recently added Nikon SB-900 flash. Feared I would have to invest in new battery AND new cord. Been a Quantum user for 12+ years !Great knowing I can get through an entire wedding/reception and not worry about running out of power. Still trying to determine best way to secure SB 900 battery door when using MKZ9 module though.
Comments about Quantum Instruments Module for Nikon SB-900:
I have been waiting for this module to be made available for quite some time, however it is different design to others. Doesn't lock into place like my SB-800 etc. version does (using a screw). Needs to be fiddled into position, (have to use the supplied Velcro to lock flash door) & feels like it may break over time. (I don't know as I've only used it a couple of times.)
BUT because it is the only module useable with SB900/QB1+ you are stuck with it!
