The Zeikos Universal Macro Ringlight Flash for all cameras is a circular light source which delivers evenly balanced, shadowless lighting ideal for macro, portraits, products, medical, and technical applications. It has a Guide Number of 59 (ISO 100). The ringlight attaches to the lens with the included 52,55,58, and 62mm adapter rings.

Overall I love the product and for only [$] its defiantly worth it. It fits snug on the lenses and the fact it can be angled around the camera due to the long cord is what really sold me on this product. The only complaint about the product is my camera (Nikon d5000) doesn't recognize it as an external flash, so when you go to shoot the on-board flash pops up but doesn't flash, instead the ring flash flashes. this cause problems because the camera try's to compensate for not having a flash even though the ring flash flashes. This creates an over exposed really bright image. How ever if you know how to work manual on your camera you can still create great images with interesting lighting.

Light output not high-power, but perfectly adequate for portraits. The Zeikos is better than the more expensive attachments for shoe-mount flashes. Also, there isn't much chance of damaging the shoe or shoe mount as with the attachments.

I am enjoying using this light ring. I didn't want to jump right into buying a real pricy one so I settled for this and I am rather pleased with it. My pictures are turning out great with no constant retake because of shadows.
