The Belkin F1DN108U OmniView Secure 8-Port VGA KVM Switch, with VGA video support, USB connectivity, and 8 LED indicators, allows users to operate multiple computers with a single set of peripherals (keyboard/monitor/mouse). The KVM switch supports high quality video at resolutions up to 1920x1440 pixels.
With dedicated processor for each port, the KVM switch isolates secured/unsecured systems and prevents data transfer between computers. Direct soldering prevents tampering of the circuit board level components.
Absence of buffer memory eliminates accidental transfer of keystrokes or other data when switching between systems. The switch features non-programmable firmware and a tamper-evident tape on enclosure as a visual security design indicator for enhanced security.
The VGA secure KVM switch conforms to ALC_FLR1.3 control standards for quality and security assurance (NIAP EAL4+). In addition, it also meets Protection Profile v1.2 conformance security standards (released in August 2008) for peripheral sharing devices.
