The Slik Pro 923 CF 3-Section Carbon Fiber Tripod is a tall and beefy photography tripod that supports enough weight (up to 26.5 lb) to be used with a video head and a camcorder. As for still cameras, the Pro 923 CF is suitable for use with almost any head paired with a medium or large format camera or a DSLR with a zoom or long telephoto lens. The 923 Pro CF reaches a maximum height of 74.8" and weighs 5.1 lb.
The three leg sections are secured and freed by way of twist locks. Because the legs are non-rotating, you can unlock both of a leg's stages at once by twisting the two large rubber grips with one hand. This enables fast setup of the Pro 923 CF tripod.
Rack & pinion gearing elevates the center column, providing maximum precision when you're setting the camera position.
