Just threw out a $75 jammed up/broken shredder (less than 1 year) and bought the DS18. This is well made, large capacity basket, powerful enough for a small business. If you don't over load it it will work as advertised.Just put in the paper and automatically turns on and then off. Best price from B+H-$10.00 less than [...]. Only complaint: should have bought this first.
