The Night Vision PLD-550 Monocular from Polaroid features 5.5x magnification with a 50mm lens for wider, brighter night vision. The built-in infrared illuminator is included for use in the darkest conditions. The housing has been rubberized to protect the optics from bumps and scratches. This night vision monocular has a specialized housing for added protection from dust and humidity. It can operate up to 19 hours on a single CR-123a lithium battery. A lens cover and a padded carrying case are included.

Hi I recently purchased a Monocular PLD -550 night vision.I work as a security guard in Australia and needed something that was reliable and easy to use.Well this scope has it all,I have used other systems here but thier clarity was no wheir near this scope.It is easy to use, carry, and will be purchasing another unit very soon.I can not fault this item and would strongly advise in purchasing one .Before you buy a more expensive one .
