My network is all hardwired. I use this switch to add extra ports/connections for computers, network printers, voip phones. It is fast, has room for expansion and runs cooler than other switches I have.

Comments about Cisco 100 Series SG 100D-08 Ethernet Switch:
To say the least, this is an upgrade from the 48 port 3-Com switch it replaced. It currently connects my 360, ps3, wii, a skype box and a few desktops.
