I take a ton of photos!! I loved the new Lumix camera, but couldn't afford the price. This is the older version, but still works great! I haven't taken it underwater yet, but everything else about it works great!!

Nice bare bones rugged camera. Not as nice as the TS2 or TS3, but not bad at all. For the price it is a great little camera. It was a gift to my GF, she really seems to like it.

A little bulky but is so easy to use. Pictures come out fantastic. Not many features but is a great basic camera. Took it on vacation in Aruba. Swam with it and brought it to the beach. No problems at all. Highly recommed it!

I took this on my vacation to Cape Cod. It took good videos and pictures. i was on a bike ride with the camera on my handle bars. the camera fell (the clmp was not good) the camera was still rolling when it hit the ground going about 10 mph on to the street. after that the camera worked just as it did before the drop

I needed a simple waterproof camera for my trip to the Carribean. This camera was affordable and very easy to use (especially because I don't read instructions). I was able to take nice underwater pictures while snorkeling and pictures of the sunset came out beautiful. The colors are slightly off, but that's probably more because of the picture being under the water. Also, since the camera is supposed to be sturdy, I wasn't afraid to let my 5 year old take all the pictures she wanted.

indestructible.......................! walking into my room i spotted a two year old toddler trying to break my Underwater Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS10 Digital Camera! my daughter had been trying to use the camera and got disappointed that it wouldn't turn on! so she did what most 2 year olds would do with a camera, she tried to break it! i could see her sad and furious face! crying hysterically i turned on the camera, then i could see that frown turn upside down! The next day i found her sinking the camera! luckily it was waterproof! a couple weeks later she was turning into a photographer! this camera is a very simple yet interesting camera! the waterproof part helped me so much! :) i hope that this camera can make your life a bit simpler, and more enjoyable!

The children really enjoy the novelty of being able to take pictures and video around and in the pool. The underwater pictures and video surpassed my expectations.
I don't use a point & shoot type camera in low light very much, however the indoor flash pictures were acceptable.

Comments about Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS10 Digital Camera (Blue):
I got this camera mainly because it had shock protection and could be taken in water. I was a little concerned about a few of the reviews I had read online because they said it didn't take good photos: blurry, bad color, etc. That said, I have some DSLRs that do my heavy lifting and this was for my wife to carry around in her purse to snag shots of the kids so we decided to take a chance on it.
I am glad we did. The first time we took the camera out my wife liked it. It takes good all around photos. They won't win any awards mind you and there are not a lot of preset options to choose from, but for someone like my wife who wanted a point and shoot camera it is perfect.
After shooting around the house for a few days we took it to the pool with us. I have to admit I was a little concerned about sticking it under water the first time even though it is a water proof camera. Everything in me said it was a bad idea, but hey that is one of the reasons we opted to get it, so we took a breath and put it under the water line. The results were great. The photos and video are fantastic and we love the camera.
Everyone that has seen the photos now wants to know what we have, so I would say that is a good indication that the camera does a good job. I would not hesitate to pick this camera up again.

I have had 2 Olympus waterproof cameras before. I do alot of water sports and need them for obvious reasons. I was tired of getting home, downloading the pictures and they were fuzzy. I thought it was me till I tried the Panasonic...great pictures, and all automatic. Like the Burst mode for shooting the rapids. Now, all we need is warm weather here in Wisconsin !!!B&H had the lowest price. [...]

Great, reasonable priced point and shot camera for enginnering related assement documentation often done in wet, abusive type environments. Also, easy and fun for personal use. Just got, not really sure about lag time, shutter delay or other cons.

Comments about Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS10 Digital Camera (Blue):
I am tough on cameras. I've dropped them, left them outside to freeze, and ran one over with my car. This camera is impervious to most of those things. If you leave it in the car with the winter temperatures, it survives. The rubber casing around it helps when you drop it, which I've done. I haven't tried the waterproof features but it will come in handy at the beach this summer. It's easy to use, with hardly any delay between the time you press the button until it takes the picture. The pictures are clear and crisp and look great. I have no complaints about this camera.

I have not used the camera in water yet, but it has been dropped and survived without a scratch multiple times and lived through the cold winter so far. I use it often to take pictures mostly of people and animals. The camera captures movement fairly well without too much delay and the video picture is good. not the most up-scale camera but good for everyday uses and vacations.

I have the DMC TS1. This camera lacks the bloat of the TS1. It also has some features that the TS1 doesn't. I wish it had a wider angle lens, but thats it.

Got this as a knock around camera primarily for my daughter to use. It takes good images, is easy to use and is tough enough for a teen. the waterproof part was what I bought it for so they could use it at the beach and pool without worry. Great camera. What you see is what you get and easy to use.
