This is a battery clone/replacement for JVC's far more expensive OEM version. I'm giving it points for working, and being compatible... but, I have issues with the build quality.1. One of the two batteries I ordered had a loose enclosure. It looks like a section hadn't been glued, so I could pull back the casing and see the cylindrical lithiums inside the enclosure. [...]2. The batteries don't charge as well as the JVC OEMs, nor are they consistent from one battery to the next. I can get 1hr 20min with the JVC's. With the Pearstones, I get 1hr 10min on one battery, and 1hr 15min on the other.So... if you need a cheap, usable replacement to JVC's expensive batteries, these will work. But... their charge is only 87% as good as the JVC's, and the build quality is about 70% there.
