This Digicom Communication System from Eartec provides full-duplex digital wireless communication in a compact design. The system includes 4 Digicom beltpacks and 4 Ultra Single headsets.
Each Digicom beltpack is compact and lightweight, and offers a communication range of up to 1/4 mile with no base station required. No FCC license is needed for operation, and it can operate for up to 8 hours from rechargeable batteries.
The ProLine Single headset is among the most popular full earcup headsets on the market, ideal for use in film and television applications. The midweight design and adjustable, padded headband provide long-lasting comfort, while the single-ear design lets you maintain awareness of your surroundings. The flexible steel mic gooseneck provides precise positioning for clear vocal pickup.

I did a lot of digging for a wireless set and we're very happy with these. We're a small cable access station and use them for play-by-play games, other multi camera events AND for studio use. So we're getting a lot of bang for our buck. It's well worth paying extra to have wireless - no more running tons of XLR!!! And not have a cheap "walky talky" set up - quality is good and no push to talk. Definitely get the case that is shown with the system - it comes with the foam set to fit the system nicely. Our set was actually packaged and sent inside the case. We also sprung on the higher end headphones, ProLIne, and I recommend doing the same. They are very comfortable and worth it. You spend all that on the system, you may as well get the nice headphones too. Not much of a $ difference. Range is great. Tested them through multiple floors and walls and still comes through. You won't have a problem with range.
Only issue we've ran into is the Master transmitter causing interference in the control room speakers if it's within 2-3ft. We had it up on the counter. But if you keep it on your hip/belt as you would with normal onlocation shoots you're ok.
