This plan sets you up with unlimited support incidents for Apple products such as iPads, iPhones, iPods, Mac computers; iOS and OS X operating systems; and applications such as iPhone Configuration Utility, Apple Remote Desktop, Compressor, Aperture, Final Cut Pro, iLife, iWork, Logic Express, Logic Studio, Motion, as well as the graphical user interface tools in OS X Server. Use the Help Desk for assistance with software installation, launch, and use; hardware and software diagnosis and troubleshooting; and issue isolation for Apple products.
Also included with AppleCare Help Desk Support are the AppleCare Help Desk Tools, a library of downloadable diagnostics for Mac hardware, and AppleCare Technician Training, which is the Apple-developed, Apple-approved online service certification training. Prepare for the certification exam and become an AppleCare technician.
