Morovision PVS-7 Ultra 5X 135mm Catadioptric Lens Night Vision Biocular

The PVS-7 Ultra 5X 135mm Catadioptric Lens Biocular from Morovision features a high-performance 3rd generation intensifier tube from ITT, and a high-powered catadioptric objective lens. This NVD can be used hand-held or mounted to a tripod for long-term observation applications.

Boasting a remarkable 5.1x level of magnification, the PVS-7 Ultra is an excellent long-range observation tool in low/no-light conditions. The fast f/1.6 catadioptric lens provides excellent optical performance with a low incidence of chromatic aberration, and enhanced performance across the extended (450-910 nm) operating range.

Equipped with a 3rd generation image intensifier manufactured in the USA by ITT, the PVS-7 Ultra provides exceptional low-light imaging performance. An integral IR illuminator can be activated to provide ample auxiliary illumination under no-light conditions. The internal electronic system features a fully automatic protection circuit that shuts the intensifier off immediately after it's exposed to a bright light source. Power is provided by a pair of AA batteries that provide 30 hours of run-time with constant IR use.
