The JLCooper Eclipse NX Midnight Precision Trackball Controller (Black) works as an expansion option or a stand-alone trackball controller. In addition to a transparent and backlit trackball mechanism, the controller features a free spinning control ring, 6 high-resolution rotary encoders, and 10 function keys.
When used with the Eclipse CX or SX Midnight Colorist Command Station, the Eclipse NX trackball controller serves as a mouse replacement, navigational device, and fourth trackball. It works as a stand-alone USB controller and mouse with the JLCooper Eclipse software for Mac OSX.
