Dotworkz D3 Xero Twin Cooldome and NVR (500 GB)

The Dotworkz D3 Xero Twin Cooldome and NVR (500 GB) is a surveillance tool that combines a portable, sturdy enclosure with a built-in network video recorder and hard drive. The unit supports up to 8 IP cameras and virtually any brand of IP, CCTV, PTZ, or HD cameras can be installed without hassle.

The combination of NVR and enclosure allows the unit to be highly portable and makes the D3 Xero ideal for temporary locations. An integrated Wi-Fi access point allows ready remote access to the system making it easy to control, monitor or back up feeds. The Dotworkz D3 Xero Twin Cooldome and NVR is powered by an Intel Atom 1.6 GHz N270 processor and 2GB of RAM and allows for seamless recording to the built-in 7200rpm heavy duty hard drive with a capacity of 500GB. The open platform NVR runs on the Windows Embedded Standard 2009 OS and supports all major NVR software like Milestone, ONSSI, Sony, Axis, and Canon. It can display feeds through a VGA or DVI interface as per your preference.

The vital internal parts are protected by a sturdy enclosure that is built to take punishment from any source, natural or otherwise. The IP66-rated enclosure protects the internal hardware from powerful jets of water and even precise physical contact. The rust-proof enclosure is also equipped with IP68-rated connection ports that will protect the unit even after complete immersion in water. Inside the enclosure, the twin active solid-state Cooldome thermo-electric cooling system maintains the optimum temperature of operation by providing up to 45° F of differential.

The D3 enclosure provides generous space for all types of hardware including NVRs, hard drives, routers, cell networks, UPSs, etc. The location of the camera can be switched between an upper and lower position, which allows for maximum utilization of internal space. The cameras are held snugly by the internal brackets provided.
