The FDTVO Omni-Directional Amplified Flat Outdoor Antenna from Terk Technologies supports all digital and analog frequencies including VHF and UHF. The device receives local HD and all digital TV broadcast signals for free. It supports 1080 signals and the extremely low noise (ELN) amplifier provides outstanding reception.
It includes patented reception technology with 360 degree reception and eliminates the need for constant adjustments. It has extended range signal reception quality and receives all signals without adjustment. The FDTVO is for outdoor use only and the antenna's sleek inconspicuous design will blend into its surroundings.

TERK is a division of Audiovox. I owned both the internal and this model so I have compared both. The internal one can pick up about 23-26 channels. The external one about 40. I pick up stations within about a 80 mile radius with the external. Beware of the sci-fi looking generic antennas because they were worthless. This one is the best you will get and it is reasonably priced.

I installed this unit on the gable end of the house. Took down a 15ftx6ft off the roof. This unit works better than the big eye sore!!!

My neigborhood doesn't allow the outdoor atenna. I paid $10 a month to get the local channels from my cable company. I bought the antenna and install it inside the attic 11 feet high from the ground. It works like a champ. I get all the channels with the same digital quality of the cable company for my 5 bed rooms and 1 family room

I read many reviews on the product before purchasing it to determine weather or not it would soot my needs. But to my surprise, when i tested the antenna it didn't work at all. I tried every possible configuration, but nothing seemed to work. I am not sure why i had great difficult with this product, i may have just received one that was defective. I hope others have better luck with it.
