The Micmute PP from Whirlwind is a compact pedal-style on/off switch that provides quick and easy control of a mic or line audio signal. The rugged metal housing offers XLR input and output connectors for wide compatibility. When the heavy duty footswitch is pressed and released, it will toggle between on and off states, blocking and passing audio alternately with each press. A blue LED illuminates when the connected input is providing phantom power. The Micmute is entirely passive, requiring no power.
