Comments about Lowepro Munich 30 Camera Pouch for Pro-compact P&S Camera:
Bought this for the Nikon P7000 and it is just what I wanted - fits the camera snugly, does NOT fit strap but I use a wrist strap that I just keep zipped outside of the pouch - there are 2 zippers on each side for a custom close. If you carry your camera in a larger bag and just want protection this will work great with this camera and probably the Canon G12. Would fit a small point and shoot loosely, but would accomodate the strap.

I had searched for a light, compact case for my Canon G11. This is it. Typical excellent Lowepro quality. Can use on belt or with neck strap.

Comments about Lowepro Munich 30 Camera Pouch for Pro-compact P&S Camera:
not the prettiest case, but it gets the job done. It is a bit of a tight squeeze, but I'm hopint that will get easier as I break it in. But a bonus is that there are two inside pockets that are big enough for a spare battery or just an extra memory card.

Comments about Lowepro Munich 30 Camera Pouch for Pro-compact P&S Camera:
I purchased this camera case because you can zip it up from both sides, which enables you to have both the camera strap and the case strap around your neck simultaneously. The camera case I received when I purchased a package with the Canon G-12 has a zipper that only opens and closes from one end, so that you can't have the camera strap around your neck without unzipping the case completely. I have dropped the camera more than once when I hurried to open the case and take out the camera to take a picture. The case I originally bought is padded and has room to carry an extra battery, whereas the new case is not padded and does not have room for the extra battery. For me it would have been ideal to have these features combined in one case! But I will certainly use both of them.

I wanted a case that I could wear on my belt for my new P7000 camera. It fits the camera, but not with the supplied neckstrap. You can get it in there with alot of effort, but it defeats the purpose of getting the camera in and out quickly. I imagine this would be the same with a Canon G11 as well.

Comments about Lowepro Munich 30 Camera Pouch for Pro-compact P&S Camera:
I purchased this case for a Nikon P7000 to give me a "really compact" means for all types of camera 'outings.' It definitely provides that, along with nice padding for the lens area and great protection overall. I added a small wrist strap, which also fits inside on the camera when cased.
Based on its overall quality and usefulness, I highly recommend this case.
