The Laser Range Finder 02 from Polaroid is fast, easy to use, compact and lightweight. It measures the distance to a deer at 492 yd / 450 m, a tree at 547 yd / 500 m or a golf flag at 219 yd / 200 m with the simple push of a button. It has a maximum reflective range of 1094 yd / 1000 m. It is water and dust resistant and is accurate to within +/- 3.28' / 1.0 m.
If, in the excitement of the moment of finding the distance to your target, you leave the Laser Range Finder 02 on, it will automatically turn itself off after 10 seconds, conserving the life of the batteries. One CR2 battery is needed. The body has been ergonomically designed for long-use comfort. The last settings used are saved and the range finder re-initializes to those settings.
